This policy explains what personal data Urban Trade Precious Metals LLC ("UBX", "we", "us") collects through www.ubx.gold, why, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE law.

1. What we collect

• Waitlist and contact forms: your name, email address, mobile number if you give it, the interest category you select, and any message you write.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of each visit. Our hosting provider records these for security and performance.

We do not ask for identity documents, bank details or payment information on this Site. Please do not send them through the forms.

2. Why we use it

• To tell you when UBX launches and how to open an account.
• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To understand interest in the product, in aggregate.
• To keep the Site secure and working.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site.

3. Who sees it

Your details are seen by Urban Trade staff responsible for UBX. They may be processed by the service providers that run our website hosting, email and form handling, each under a contract that limits what they can do with the data. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

4. Where it is kept and for how long

Data may be stored on servers outside the UAE operated by our hosting and form providers. We keep waitlist details until UBX launches and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.

5. Cookies

The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The gold price feed and font files load from third-party servers, which may log the request. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email ubx@urbantradeintl.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe we have mishandled your data.

7. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
