This website, www.ubx.gold (the "Site"), is operated by Urban Trade Precious Metals LLC, a company licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a branch in Dubai, under the brand UBX, Urban Bullion eXchange ("UBX", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an information and pre-launch registration page for UBX, a gold buying, storage and buy-back service that is currently in development. It describes planned features. It does not currently allow you to buy, sell or store gold, and nothing on it is a contract to do so.
2. No offer
Information on the Site is not an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy or sell precious metals in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful or would require registration we do not hold. Any purchase of gold from Urban Trade Precious Metals LLC, now or after UBX launches, will be governed by separate terms issued at the time of the transaction.
3. Prices shown on the Site
Gold prices shown on the Site are indicative only. They are derived from a third-party public market feed and converted to UAE dirhams per gram at the official exchange rate. They may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable, and they are not prices at which we undertake to buy or sell. Transaction prices will be quoted and confirmed at the time of each transaction.
4. Waitlist registration
By submitting your details through a form on the Site you ask us to contact you about the UBX launch and related products of Urban Trade. You can withdraw that request at any time by emailing ubx@urbantradeintl.com. Registration does not create an account, reserve any product, or oblige either party to transact.
5. Accuracy and changes
We try to keep the Site accurate, but features, timelines, partners, pricing, products and the content of the Site may change without notice. Launch dates mentioned, if any, are targets, not commitments.
6. Intellectual property
The UBX and Urban Gold names and logos, the Urbantrade logos, photographs, text and layout of the Site belong to Urban Trade or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Any other use, including reproduction of our logos or product images, needs our written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to www.urbantradeintl.com and may link to other third-party sites and services, including the price feed and form providers. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the Site, reliance on information on it, or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site.
